The panel count

How many panels are on the roof, and whether it is one array or several. A rough count is fine.

The roof

Shingle, flat or metal, how many storeys, and whether a lift can get to it. A photo from the driveway answers most of this.

The date

When the roofer is starting, or how soon a system that is down needs looking at. We schedule around it.
