SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages between you and Morales Solar Solutions. They apply only if you asked us to text you.
How you opt in
The only way we get permission to text you is the tick box on the form on this website, next to where you give us your phone number. It is not ticked for you, and leaving it unticked does not stop you getting a quote or having work done. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send
Messages about the job you asked about: confirming a callback window, arranging access, telling you the crew is on the way, following up on a quote. Message frequency varies with the job. We do not run text marketing campaigns.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us on the details below. You can also just tell whoever calls you.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and your carrier. We do not charge for texts; your carrier might. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
Mobile opt in data and consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our full privacy policy explains what we do with everything else you send us.
